The vehicle owner has the right to two opportunities to re-inspect within 14 working days from the date and time of the first inspection. If the vehicle fails to pass, the vehicle will be returned for inspection within a maximum period of (14) days. In this case, the inspection will be carried out on the items that the vehicle did not pass the previous time, unless new defects appear, and a reduced fee (re-inspection fee) will be collected. However, if the inspection visit occurs after the expiry of the period (14) days or the two opportunities to re-inspect are exhausted, the original inspection value will be calculated, and the vehicle will be inspected for all items.

New private vehicles are technically inspected three years after their initial licensing, followed by annual inspections. Taxis, public transport vehicles, and public buses are inspected two years after their initial licensing, followed by annual inspections.
